The Local Government Ombudsman has found South Tyneside Council and South Tyneside Homes guilty of maladministration, after Mr. P and Mrs. S complained in 2004. You can also look forward to a high speed chase, with Chris and Sheva struggling to keep ahead of their pursuers who are armed to the max driving cars and motorbikes.
