Reacting to Luis Reyes' decision not to hold a public hearing on his termination as superintendent of the Guam Public School System, Guam Education Policy Board chairman Joe San Agustin tells KUAM News the matter now lies in the hands of attorneys. He says right now, it's critical that things move forward for the sake of the schools.
